To Rachael's by train
Thursday 18th June
With the boat safely moored in the festival park marina we packed our bags and rang a taxi to take us to Stoke station where we got the train to Yardley Wood. Had to walk from New Street to Moor Street with bags and guitar - not recommended. Rachael was at buggy fit when we got to Yardley Wood so we had to walk to the house too! Rachael and Anna soon arrived and we were greeted with big smiles from not so little Anna and Rachael of course!
Minded Anna while Rachael did some marking. Ironed Ross's shirts and enjoyed a lasagne before going bell ringing. Had a quick drink with the ringers in the Plume before an early night.
