Day 58 - Scarisbrick Marina, Winchester

Winchester via Swindon

Set off for Winchester after breakfast. Stopped in Wootton Bassett to pick up Paul's antibiotics. Decided to call in to Paul's Dad and Ann's for coffee. They enjoyed seeing pictures of Anna.
















Arrived in Winchester at lunchtime. Had a panini in the Art Café. Strolled around the city centre and booked a hair appointment.

Arrived at the Winchester hotel to find they had only booked us in for one night even though the confirmation email clearly said two. Got it sorted eventually. No sooner had we settled than it was time for me to get my hair cut. Twenty five minutes and forty four pounds later it was done - not quite how John cuts it.

Back to hotel for a soak before a trip to Wetherspoons for a cheap and cheerful dinner.
