2.5 miles, 11 locks
Rain, rain and more rain. Sat the morning out on boat catching up with 3 weeks of omnibus Archers!
At 2.30 rain had eased but not stopped so we put on wet weather gear for the final 2.5 miles and 11 locks to Kidsgrove. Sussed out the station and picked up a Chinese before going to the Red Bull Inn - no owl this time!
